EXTERIOR
- Check for signs of forced entry or vandalism
- Check for damage caused by golf balls or extreme wind/rain
- Check for unwanted pests
- Monitor landscape and pool maintenance
INTERIOR
- Check for signs of forced entry or vandalism
- Check door and window locks
- Check security lighting and timers
- Look for unwanted pests
- Check refrigerator and icemaker
- Run water through all interior drains
- Run garbage disposal
- Check thermostat settings
- Check hot water heaters
- Check for water leaks throughout
- Flush toilets-swish toilets with toilet brush (provided by client)
- Maintain water as needed in buckets used for humidity. The size of each bucket must be 5 gallons - no exceptions. The number of buckets is TBD. 5 gallon buckets are to be provided by the client.
